if you don't have a balanced diet and don't eat enough of each food group, any food you do eat, whether it be healthy or not, your body will turn it straight into fat for energy. therefore, a consistant healthy diet with the odd treat is so much more effective and maintainable than trying to eat little/nothing. keep exercising, eat three healthy meals a day and be patient. If you try and stop eating, you may loose weight but when you start eaying again, even healthily, you will gain fat faster than you can imagine.
